We want you to love your purchase! If something isn’t quite right, we’ve made our refund and returns process simple and straightforward. Here’s everything you need to know.

Overview

You have 30 days from your purchase date to return an item for a full refund or exchange. After 30 days, we’re unable to offer a full refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

  • Unused and in the same condition as when you received it.
  • In its original packaging.

Items That Cannot Be Returned

hilajit products cannot be returned if:

  • The packaging has been opened or tampered with.
  • The product is no longer in its original condition for reasons not due to our error.

To process a return, please include a receipt or proof of purchase.

Partial Refunds

We may offer a partial refund if:

The product is returned more than 30 days after delivery.

The Shilajit product shows signs of use or damage not due to our error.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned Shilajit, we’ll email you to confirm receipt and let you know if your refund is approved or rejected. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original payment method (e.g., credit card) within a few days.

What If My Refund Is Missing or Late?

  • Check your bank account again.
  • Contact your credit card company, as it may take time for the refund to post.
  • Reach out to your bank, as there may be additional processing time.

Exchanges

We’ll replace Shilajit products if they’re defective or damaged. To exchange for the same product, email us at [email protected] and send your item to K2 Shilajit, Mississauga, Ontario.

Gifts

If the Shilajit was purchased as a gift and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of the return. We’ll mail you a gift certificate once the item is received.

If the Shilajit wasn’t marked as a gift, or the gift giver shipped it to themselves to give to you later, we’ll issue the refund to the gift giver, and they’ll be notified of the return.

Shipping returns

To return your Shilajit product, mail it to K2 Shilajit, Mississuaga, Ontario Canada.

We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance for returns. We can’t guarantee receipt of your return if it’s lost in transit.

You’re responsible for covering the shipping costs for returning your Shilajit. These costs are non-refundable, and return shipping costs will be deducted from your refund, if applicable.

The time it takes for an exchanged product to reach you may vary depending on your location.
